Qualifications of an Ideal Sales Manager

  • Compassionate, genuine, highly motivated, competitive, and success-driven
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Demonstrates success in lead generation and targeted business development.
  • At least 3 years of successful sales experience in senior living, hospitality or a related field. 
  • A valid driver’s license in the state of residence (with liability insurance) for business development use of a personal vehicle.

Sales Manager Job Summary

As a Sales Manager at Bridge Senior Living, you will be responsible for driving top-line revenue by maintaining and exceeding move in goals, budgeted occupancy, and rate-per-unit revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Engaging in direct sales, driving business development, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date CRM database.
  • Understanding of competitive landscape, key differentiators and market trends.
  • Strategically planning and managing lead bank initiatives, lead generation programs, and collaborative professional events.
  • Collaborating in development of the annual marketing strategy, advertising campaigns, and departmental financial planning.
  • Reporting up to the Sales Director
